 I found my wedding gown at Rin's Bridal, a small full service bridal salon in San Carlos, California, established since 1982.
From the outside, the store lacks pizzazz and curb appeal. Inside, it
is packed to the brim with wedding gowns, bridesmaids, flowergirl and
mother-of-bride dresses, along with shoes, veils, lingerie, and other
accessories.
I thought my dress was a steal at $780, when it
originally sold for $2000. Unlike the the large bridal chains, Rin's
is staffed with only a couple of assistants at a time, so making an
appointment in advance is highly recommended. Please be aware,
however, that even though you have an appointment, it can get pretty
chaotic with other prospective brides-to-be browsing through and asking
questions. Fortunately for me, Rin, herself, attended to me and I
found her to be very helpful, patient, yet a bit distracted with all
the ladies walking through the store requiring some kind of
assistance.
Despite all that, they were still great at catering to my
needs and listening to my concerns. And ultimately, I was able to find
the perfect gown. I hope you discover the wedding gown of your dreams
at this rare find, as well.
